The Engineering Department operates from the second floor of the Town Hall.  From this location, engineering services works to provide the citizens of Springhill with a wide variety of public services including:

  • planning, design and construction management for civic projects,
  • environmental compliance and reporting for the water utility and sanitary sewage treatment,
  • management and maintenance of town infrastructure,
  • mapping, surveying and updating of town plans and services using GIS and GPS technology, and
  • coordination of residential solid waste collection and snow clearing operations.
