The Technology and power of the World Wide Web is a natural complement to the community policing philosophy of the Springhill Police Service. We strive to keep pace with emerging programs and methods that will help us maintain a high quality of life in Springhill. We pledge to keep our Citizens and Visitors informed through this exciting medium. Community policing is a partnership between the Citizens of Springhill, and its police service. That partnership becomes increasingly stronger utilizing every opportunity we can to help our citizens understand how our Service works. Welcome to Springhill Police Service’s official web site. As we enter the new millennium, we can reflect upon the many changes the world has gone through. From technology, computerization and scientific accomplishments, we, as a society, have developed accordingly, parallel to our discoveries. The Springhill Police Service has been engaged in a constant exercise of change. We have evolved from a one man police department in the 1889, to a dynamic, multi-functional agency, with eleven sworn members. We have accomplished and maintained an excellent relationship with our community, and have maintained a readiness and willingness to help.
