Engineering and Public Works Public Works
The Public Works Department operates from temporary facilities at 37 Junction Road. From this location, the Public Works Foreman manages the day-to-day operations of the Public Works Department.
Working with a full time staff of 11 employees, the Public Works Department delivers the essential services required to maintain the Towns’ water distribution system, the sanitary sewage collection system, street and sidewalk maintenance and repair, storm water management, snow and ice control and the maintenance and upkeep of other town assets and services.
Purchasing and inventory control for the supplies and materials required to maintain the Towns services and infrastructure is also maintained under the Public Works Department.
